You may be coming to therapy with something specific in mind, or just a sense that something isn’t quite right. Wherever you’re starting from, we can work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Some of the areas I support include:

  • Anxiety

  • Complex Trauma

  • Depression

  • Emotional Overwhelm

  • Identity + Career

  • Inner-Child Healing

  • Life Transitions

  • Self-Esteem

Therapy For Women

The image is very blurry and out of focus, making it difficult to identify any specific objects or scenery.

I help women feel more clear, confident, and connected to themselves.

You’re at a point in your life where you want to feel certain, but instead you feel confused, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed. From the outside, your life might seem “on track,” but internally, you’re questioning everything.

You might wonder if you’re in the right career, or just the one you thought you wanted. Whether your relationship feels right, or if you’re staying because starting over feels too hard.

Maybe your friendships are shifting in ways that are hard to explain. People are moving into new phases of life, and you’re not sure where you fit anymore. You might feel like you’re on a completely different timeline.

Or maybe everything is going according to plan, but how you feel doesn’t match that at all.

You might feel stuck between wanting something different and being afraid to make the wrong choice. Afraid to leave, afraid to start over, or afraid you will end up right back where you started. Or maybe you are questioning what you actually want, separate from what you have always thought you wanted.

I help women reconnect with themselves and find a clearer sense of direction, confidence, and stability, especially when they feel caught between where they are and where they thought they would be. In our work, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and how you show up in your relationships.

Therapy For Teens

I help teens build the skills to navigate challenges, express themselves more openly, and feel more confident in what lies ahead.

The teen years can be confusing and overwhelming. Teens often experience big emotions without having the words or tools to understand what they are feeling. They may be navigating changes in friendships, struggling with confidence, adjusting to new environments, or going through major life transitions like divorce or school changes.

They are also growing up in a world that comes with constant pressure. Social media, comparison, cultural expectations, and changes in their body and identity can all shape how they see themselves in ways that feel intense or hard to talk about.

From the outside, this might look like withdrawal, irritability, moodiness, or shutting down. Underneath, there is often stress, confusion, and not knowing how to express what is going on.

My goal is to help teens build emotional awareness and develop practical tools they can carry with them. This might include learning how to manage strong emotions, communicate more clearly, navigate friendships, and build confidence in who they are. Therapy should not feel like a punishment; instead, it’s a space where they can talk openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of their experiences.

I also offer periodic parent check-ins when helpful, so you feel more confident in how to support your teen, while still giving them a space that is their own.

Therapy For Couples

The image is too blurry and abstract to discern specific objects or details.

I help couples reconnect, communicate more effectively, and build a stronger, more secure relationship.

Perhaps you and your partner feel stuck in the same conversations or conflicts, unsure how to move forward without things escalating or shutting down. You may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or like you’re no longer on the same page.

At times, communication can feel frustrating or confusing, like you’re trying to get through to each other, but something keeps getting in the way. You might notice the same patterns showing up again and again, leaving both of you feeling hurt, distant, or unsure of how to reconnect.

Even in relationships that care deeply for one another, it’s easy to lose a sense of closeness over time. Life transitions, stress, or unspoken feelings can create distance, making it harder to feel supported, understood, or secure in your connection.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics between you: how you communicate, respond to one another, and what each of you needs to feel heard and supported.

This work often includes understanding the deeper patterns that shape your relationship, helping you both feel more secure, connected, and able to navigate challenges together. Whether you’re working through conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy can help you move toward a more grounded and meaningful connection.
