Hi, I’m Allise
I'm a Los Angeles native and an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, providing virtual therapy to clients throughout California.
Throughout my work, I've noticed a common thread among the people I support, they're thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring. They're often the ones others rely on, yet privately they find themselves questioning their relationships, their direction, or why they feel so disconnected from themselves despite everything looking "fine."
I work with those who are ready to stop simply looking like they're doing okay and start feeling that way, too. From the outside, life may look exactly as you hoped it would, the career, the relationship, the milestones. Still, internally, you feel heavy, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore. You may find yourself questioning your next step, comparing yourself to everyone around you, or wondering why you feel like you're on a different timeline than everyone else. Or maybe you can't point to one specific reason, but you just know you don't feel like yourself.
Together, we'll make sense of what's beneath the surface, exploring the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that continue to influence your life today. Rather than simply learning how to cope, our work is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Some areas I support:
Life Transitions • Anxiety • Complex Trauma • Depression • Emotional Overwhelm • Inner Child Healing • Identity + Career • Self Esteem • Burnout + Stress • Women’s Issues
My approach is relational and rooted in meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me, so I draw from different evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I'll meet you with curiosity, honesty, and compassion, offering support, gentle challenge, and, when it feels right, even a little humor along the way. My work is informed by psychodynamic, trauma-informed, somatic, emotionally focused, and culturally attuned perspectives.
