Yes. What matters most in therapy is the relationship we build. Online sessions offer flexibility, save you time, and allow you to show up from a space where you feel comfortable.

In our first session, we’ll begin to understand what’s been weighing on you and talk through your experiences, what you’ve been noticing, and what you’d like to work toward.
From there, we’ll set goals and use therapy as a space to explore more deeply, helping you feel more grounded, secure, and connected over time.

Sessions are currently offered to California residents via Telehealth.

I charge $150 for a 50-minute session. In certain cases, I may be able to slide my fee to accommodate to your financial circumstances.

While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
